Description:

RSCBM rebalances the game, Overhaulsl parts of it, adds campaign maps to MP, tweaks the game to have more tactical depth and fix small annoyances.<br>If Eugen came back to this game and did a final patch that sorted out all the issues it had, it would look like a small scale version of this mod
