Be sure to use the latest Special K mod from 8/26 if you encounter issues
To Install:
Unzip Kaldaien's Special K mod to SteamApps\common\SMLaunch\sm1
Unzip the texture mod to SteamApps\common\SMLaunch\sm1

If textures appear black, be sure the following line is set correctly in your dxgi.ini
