It’s unofficial patch made by fans. It fixes a lot of bugsm, removes the disc requirement, adds some new maps and makes widescreen interface available.

It also restores the online multiplayer functionality.

Mod offers an installer. It’s all-in-one patch. You can install it on vanilla game. You don’t need to install any patches (official or not) first.

How to use a Widescreen resolution?

Visit your My Battle for Middle-earth Files folder, easily accessible by typing %appdata% in the Windows Search bar.

Open Options.ini and add the following line: Resolution = 1920 1080 (if you have a different widescreen resolution, type that instead)

Play the game in full Widescreen!
