Types of items

Regeneration: items that restore your HP.

Cooking: items that increase your stats.

Using items

If you aren't in the middle of a fight, you can use an item by opening the right menu.

Browse through the available items and select the one you are interested in.

Using items in combat

If you want to use items during combat, you must first place them in the available slots. Choose an item and then the place in the available slot on the palette.

This way you can quickly use that item during combat. This is the best way to restore the hero's health.
