Duke Nukem Forever: Blowin' The Dam

From the beginning of the level, pay attention to the catfish swimming in the area, as killing them will unlock Pescaphobe [Chapter 6].

Swim along the channel until you reach the first valve. Turn it and swim out through the broken off grate above. I'd also recommend turning on Duke Vision.

Now you need to follow the yellow pipes that will lead you from valve to valve. Keep looking around in search of working flashlights, as usually they mean there are collectibles in form of explosives, ammunition etc.

After turning each valve, the bubbles you passed by will disappear, more will appear in front of you and enemies will attack you. Plant the first explosive on the grate below two pipe bows and swim further.

Keep following the designated route until you reach a valve with a RPG lying beside. Be sure to pick it up, as you will have to fight the second to last boss. Open the valve and swim to the grate in the distance, where you will find another explosive charge and you will be attacked by the Energy Leech.

On both sides of this underwater battlefield there are wrecks of sunken EDF dropships with infinite supply of ammunition. Aim at the worm's head and keep moving between the wrecks. Don't stop even for a moment, as the boss will try to crush you. From time to time the Leech will grab your rocket and spit it at you, but it shouldn't do you much harm if you won't be staying in one place.

In return for winning you will receive the last Ego point, therefore reaching its maximum level (assuming you collected all the previous ones). Now swim into the channel from which the worm came and swim out through the hatch at its end.
