Elex: What shouldn't you do in the game?

- Don't attack monsters with a skull icon. This icon indicates that a given monster is too strong for your character and defeating such an enemy is pretty much impossible. Fights with those enemies usually end with a quick death of your character.
- Don't browse through your inventory in dangerous places. In Elex, opening inventory or abilities menu doesn't pause the entire game which means that enemies can still attack you. Opening your inventory in a location full of monsters makes you defenseless.
- Don't steal in front of other characters. Stealing while you are being watched by others will spur a reaction - nearby characters can even kill you and guards can punish you with a fine. You should steal in the night.
- Don't sell all resources. In the beginning of the game you may think that gathered resources are useless but, with time, you will be able to use them in, e.g. crafting. Items that are in Other tab can be sold without any problems. The rest should be sold when you need quick Elexit.
- Don't cause troubles to your future faction. It may happen that you have just started the game and you already know to which faction you want to join in the future. This means that you shouldn't cause troubles to its members. The game has a few quests during which you can choose options that aren't profitable to a particular organization - a leader of that faction won't like those choices.
