The File is by the grate.

Early in the stage, you will come across a gate controlled by a mechanism. Use it to unlock the way. Follow the indicator and you will reach a place with a grate. The File is next to the grate, on the table.

Slide #9

The Slide is in Lily's room.

This Slide can be found in Sebastian's house, at the end of the stage. Enter Lily's room and take the Slide from the cabinet.

Mysterious Item #6 - Mysterious Symbol

Mysterious Item in Sebastian's office.

In Sebastian's house, there is also a Mysterious Item - head to his office. The entrance is right by the stairs leading to the ground floor.
