There are four achievements in Mothership Zeta and they're all worth 100 points. Three achievements are tied directly to completing main quests of the game and the final fourth achievement can be unlocked by finding all the recordings.

Alien Archivist | 20 | Find all 25 recordings of the people kidnapped by the aliens. Check the section titled as Finding the recordings for more info. You'll also find out where to search for the recordings in the main walkthrough section of the guide. |
Among The Stars | 20 | Complete Among The Stars quest (gained automatically upon completion). |
Not Of This World | 20 | Complete Not Of This World quest (gained automatically upon completion). |
