Football Manager 2016: Basics Scouting

The more you know about the world, the better players you can find..

Buying new players for your team is a very important element, but it is even more important that the players should have appropriate skills. It is impossible to search through the whole data base, because of its size. You can make your life easier by hiring scouts that search for players according to set criteria. They will also send you reports about cups and next rival.

Note: When you are searching for players, the range of your scouting actions is very important. A scout will not send you reports from a continent or a country that you don't have in your scouting network. You increase your knowledge about a given region by searching for players in it (scouts will travel to this region) or by hiring a scout of given nationality that already has some knowledge about the region.
