10 Second Ninja X is a dynamic action platform game released on PC, PS4 and etc. in which as the titular ninja warrior the player faces army of deadly robots. The game is partially a sequel and partially an improved version of 10 Second Ninja, a game released in 2014 on PC. Both titles were developed by independent studio Four Circle Interactive.

Mechanics

Despite the fact that story of 10 Second Ninja X was slightly changed in comparison to the original game, the gameplay mechanics remained unchanged. On each level players are tasked with eliminating robots scattered across the map as quickly as possible Ė either by using a katana or with gunfire. The task isnít easy since various traps are trying to stop the player and each level must be completed in less than the 10 seconds.

The gameplay is very dynamic and repeating specific challenges many times in order to obtain best possible time result is something natural and expected. Even milliseconds can matter and the objective is to obtain the best possible place in online rankings. Access to new levels is unlocked by obtaining stars on levels. There are one hundred levels available in the game of which 60 are completely new and 40 are from the original game and access to them is obtained by completing the basic ones.

Technical aspects

10 Second Ninja X for PC, PS4 and etc. has very colorful and simple graphics similar in style to classic platform games available on 8-bit and 16-bit computers. In comparison to the original version of the game that was released in 2014, this time the game uses 1080p resolution (the original levels from 10 Second Ninja were remastered for new resolution as well).
