The spells also enable a Sim to have his revenge on a neighbor or to make daily work easier. A new location, Magic Town, was introduced in The Sims: Makin’ Magic.

The Sims: House Party allows the player to transform the house into a Wild West ranch, an exotic island or an underground club.

Fighter Ops is the first installment of the Air Combat Command series of aircraft simulators, developed by the G2 Interactive development studio. Players have the opportunity to experience the role of pilots of modern military aircraft (including A-10 Thunderbolt II, F-15C Eagle and F-16D Fighting Falcon) and try their hand at sky combat. The game takes advantage of the X-Plane engine developed by Laminar Research.

Compared to the basic version of the game, the control system, weaponry, dynamics and physics of flight have been improved, and the developers of the add-on put emphasis on the quality of the game, so that players received quite faithfully behaving models of planes.
