3DS is the 8th generation portable console from Nintendo and a successor to DS. It was released in North America and Europe in March 2011. The most important new feature in 3DS in comparison to its predecessor was displaying stereoscopic 3D effects on one of its screens (that’s also where the console's name comes from). Sales of 3DS weren't as spectacular as the results achieved by DS, but the newer console also achieved great success.

After the power of the Harvest Goddess began to weaken, the village faced ruin. Our task as an owner of a small farm is to restore the land to its former prosperity, so players must prepare soil for farming, plant seeds and harvest, though they can also go fishing.

An sequel to the 2014 farm game Story of Seasons, created by Marvelous, who also developed e.g. games in the Harvest Moon series. The fundamental mechanics of the gameplay remained unchanged. In the game, you manage a declining farm, trying to restore it to its former glory. You play mostly by taking care of your animals, buying and planting seeds, gathering and selling crops, and also meeting various NPCs.

Like its predecessor, Story of Seasons allows us to play as an amateur farmer, who moves to a small, shabby town of Oak Tree. The gameplay is not much different from that of Harvest Moon—you buy seeds, plant and water them, gather crops, and take care of your animals.

Unlike the other titles in the franchise, Happy Home Designer is not a life simulation game, but a software for designing interiors of the virtual characters' houses. In the game you find a range of options and items allowing you to customize the house according to the character's desires. On the floor you can place carpets, while the rooms can be furnished with bookshelves, benches, tables, wardrobes, or other objects.
