Acts of Blood

Acts of Blood is a brutal beat'em up where we play as a hero beating up enemies in the dark alleys of an Indonesian city. The setting is not accidental, as the game was developed by the independent studio Eksil Team from Indonesia.

Gameplay

In Acts of Blood we view events from a third-person perspective (TPP).

Brutal fights

The pillar of the gameplay consists of duels with opponents that we fight on the streets and inside the buildings of the city of Bandung. We eliminate ordinary enemies (most often outnumbering us), as well as much more powerful bosses (waiting at the end of each stage), by delivering punches and kicks, using melee weapons or even relying on firearms.

When fighting in close combat, we must not only hit the enemy, but also block their blows and launch swift counterattacks or perform brutal finishers. We can also use the environment to our advantage, which is not only susceptible to destruction, but also contains props that can be used as weapons.

Parkour

The icing on the cake are the parkour mechanics, allowing the protagonist to overcome terrain obstacles in a skillful way, as well as climb objects and jump. This is especially useful during escapes from adversaries.

Changing appearance

As we progress, we unlock new outfits for the hero, which allow us to adapt his appearance to individual preferences.
