Auction System

Share your goods on the public auction house for a profit. Beyond this, our default auction system will support a number of internal tools to help determine the current market price for merchandise, as well as demand.

World Environment

Day/Night cycles with full Weather & Season support.

Enhanced Appearance

Your character's appearance is directly affected not only by the weapons and armor, but your actions and power. For example a powerful Kujix eyes may glow black, while a powerful Asheroth eyes may glow white.

Multi-server, PvE & PvP Support

ALGANON supports both PvE and PvP server types. Both server types will feature Battlegrounds and a ranking system that reflects in both title and the ability to acquire specific items and even skills.

Tradeskills & Economy

Professions, Gathering Skills, Processing Stations, and more. The world of ALGANON is designed to have an internal stable economy where a balance between controlled currency, items, and materials exists with player-based economic involvement.

Using tradeskills, player will also be able to enhance items, add to them (through mountings), and engage in embroidery and dying of weapons and armor.

Quests

While the world will be populated with numerous static quests that all can partake in, ALGANON will also offer custom dynamic quests specifically for the character. These quests are designed to add variance to the system and provide unexpected rewards.

Companions

Taming animals and controlling creatures with magic is an important part of ALGANON. These companions will grow with their master, protect them, and can even have their look customized.

Items

There will be many different types of items in the world. Weapons, Armor, Jewelry, Bags, and Materials are just a few. Items will need to be repaired as they become worn, but it's easy to find a repairer in most villages, towns, and cities. Items come in six flavors: common, special, enchanted, magical, legendary, and godlike.

Instances

ALGANON will feature both world and instanced areas for exploration. Some instances will have restrictions on the number of individuals allowed.

Parties, Battalions & Legions

Teaming up with other players is critical for many of the quests and crusades in the game - and a requirement to take on many of the legendary creatures in the world. Players can form parties of up to 6 people by simply teaming together. Party leaders can then band together to form Battalions, which allows up to 36 people total (6 party leaders). The leaders of those Battalions can then choose to form massive Legions of up to 216 players.

Both the Battalion and Legion interfaces support unique command options where the leaders can easily transmit commands to specific groups, and even classes within their organization.

A legion has one warlord leader that can issue orders to all battalions and parties within the legion, allowing for specific and concise orders to be relayed.

The Library

Both the Asheroth and Kujix capital cities contain a grand library. From here, players can research items, creatures, magic, tradeskills, and learn about the history of the world and what families, guilds, and people have made amazing achievements. These libraries serve as the central hub of information for each side.

Transportation

In addition to the use of magic, numerous types of mounts will be available to the player, allowing for accelerated traveling. Transports by air, land and sea will also be available.

Dynasties

A dynasty is an era of time within the game world. Each dynasty has a theme and history associated with it. Players will be able to look back on a previous dynasty, read about it in the library, and find out more about what happened in the past, and who did it. A dynasty can also have economic and deity-related ties to it.

World & History

The world of Andarus has a rich multi-cultural background and history that spans thousands of years. Grand cities, dark ruins deep in the most dangerous parts of the world - it all ties together in some fashion, and all of it has a purpose, a history, or a legend. Much of this history is available to the players through the library, but much of it must be discovered.

Andarus features two large continents. The Asheroth-controlled continent of Alganon, and the Kujix-controlled continent of Harraja. Both continents have all types of terrain spanning forests, fields, plains, deserts, mountains, jungles, swamps, and tundra.

Factions

Numerous factions control various places within the world. Each character will have the ability to enhance or lower their standings with these different groups, races, and organizations.

Races & Classes

ALGANON focuses on quality rather than quantity. The game will ship with a total of six races and six classes; however, there are so many variations in skills, abilities, and specializations that the results guarantee no two characters will be alike.

Magic System

Magic is critically important to the Kujix and Asheroth. CRUSADE allows those who wish to focus on the schools of magic to refine their skills and gradually raise them based on the use of the magic. As a character's skill raises, new spells, abilities, and skills are made available, allowing for even more choices to be pursued.

Client Customization

We are going to give our players the ability to adjust the client in many ways, including the querying of game data and the modification of the UI.

Music

Find unique insturments and play custom music within the game either by yourself, or with others.
