Army Rage is a first person perspective (FPS) network shooting set in the realities of World War II. Players fight on maps inspired by war scenes, using a variety of weapons and vehicles from that period. The title was produced by TuyaSoft studio and is distributed on a free-to-play basis (for free) with the option of micropayment.
Army Rage is a proposal of TuyaSoft development studio and Yacuba company addressed to fans of network FPS in war climates. The idea of the creators was to combine dynamic shooting with team tactics of the battlefield.
The action of the game was set in the realities of World War II. Players play the roles of soldiers standing on the side of the Allies or Axis troops. The struggle takes place on maps of different size and character, showing, among others, a fragment of the city, an abandoned military base, a concentration camp and a tropical islet.
Army Rage offers several fun options, including classic team deathmatch and king of the hill. However, well-coordinated teams can also try their hand at tactical blitz mode. Each player chooses one of the four character classes - assault, reconnaissance, support soldier and engineer. Proper use of their individual skills is sometimes the key to victory.
As befits a war shootout, the creators took care of a large arsenal of weapons, which corresponds to historical realities. During the clashes you can also use various types of vehicles such as off-roads and tanks, providing not only transport, but also a certain firepower. It is also possible to call for air support and bombardment of indicated areas on the map.
The game's audio-visual setting uses the capabilities of the Origo Engine. Three-dimensional graphics, in terms of image quality and detail, clearly stands out from modern FPS production, which, however, is justified by relatively small hardware requirements.
Note: the game is distributed on a free-to-play basis with the option of micropayment. This means that you can play Army Rage for free, but some items and amenities require payment of a fee.
