Battle Metal: Street Riot Control is another racing game in the accomplishments of Team6 Games developers, known from the Street Racer Europe, Glacier and FlatOut series, among others. Like previous productions by the Dutch studio, the title belongs to the low-budget category and is aimed at less demanding players.

The action of the game takes place in the near future. The world is plunged into chaos. In the largest metropolises gangs are in power, for which power is the only law. The favorite entertainment of city dwellers is the extremely ruthless race of armed cars - Battle Metal. The player plays the role of one of the participants of the struggle, and his task is to crush the competitors and reach the finish line in one piece.

Battle Metal: Street Riot Control has created a wide variety of vehicle models that can be raced on the streets of the metropolis of the world of the future. Available machines include American muscle cars, Japanese sports cars and pressed police radios. Different car models differ in technical parameters, especially in terms of acceleration and maximum speed. In addition, they can be equipped with a variety of weapons - from machine guns, through grenades and mines, to self-guiding missile launchers.
