BeMuse is an iOS adventure for the Fluttermind team. While playing, the player explores the magical island and his task is to chase away the demons that inhabit it. To this end, we learn their names and history, negotiate with them and perform dangerous rituals.
BeMuse is an iOS-based mobile adventure game. It was developed by Fluttermind studio, which has a successful Incoboto account, among others.
The action of the game takes place on an island, seemingly full of friendly creatures and atmosphere straight from the Mummins. The campaign tells the story of a small child who one day is thrown to the beach by the sea, without remembering how he found himself in this place or what he should do in it. While exploring, the terrible truth quickly comes to light - the island is full of demons. They hide behind every bush and inside every tree. Sometimes their presence is indicated by the ringing of bells or the movement of leaves, and at other times by the sight of green eyes glowing in the darkness. These beings are simply everywhere. The first one we come across will resemble a giant rabbit and the promise that if the hero manages to defeat all the other demons, it will help him to regain memories and escape from the island.
BeMuse gives players a lot of freedom. The world is full of secrets and interesting places, so that we can have fun even during the exploration itself. However, the game also offers a lot of activity for people who do not want to become a virtual tourist. Discovering how the world works and its history will allow us to gain knowledge, which we will then use to fight demons. The name system plays a key role in this. Each opponent is defined by a long sequence of words that change over time. Knowing them will enable us to discover the weaknesses of our enemies and thus overcome them. In addition, players have the opportunity to perform rituals such as chasing out demons or calling them to serve our orders, but without proper protection and preparation rituals can end up tragically for us.
The world reacts dynamically to the player's actions. The characters who live there learn about what we have done and make decisions about their actions. At the same time, many of the people we meet are not true and many of them will lie to us when we ask where they have seen the demons or how to overcome them. What is interesting, however, if we take care to spread the gossip or lie, it can become true.
