BioShock 2 Remastered for PC is a remastered version of the second installment of the popular BioShock series developed by 2K Games. It is a first-person shooter game seasoned with RPG elements. The title is available as a standalone production as well as a part of the BioShock: The Collection compilation.

Plot

The action of BioShock 2 Remastered takes place eight years after the events presented in the original BioShock. The player, yet again, gets to visit the city of Rapture — an underwater metropolis established as an utopian shelter for the humanity’s finest. The troubles started with the discovery of ADAM — a mysterious element that gives its user supernatural abilities and, at the same time, causes irreversible mutations of their organism. It was the direct cause of the outbreak of a civil war which resulted in the fall of the city.
