Eisenbahn.exe Professional 5.0, abbreviated to EEP 5.0, is the next installment of the popular railway simulator created by our western neighbors. The idea of fun has remained unchanged - once again we are given the opportunity to make our children's dreams about playing with queuing models come true. In addition, apart from railway infrastructure, we can shape its surroundings in practically any way we like, so we can add to the landscape, among others, car traffic, water and even air traffic.

Of course, the title of the described production obliges and still comes to the foreground service of all kinds of locomotives, passenger and freight wagons, switches, etc. The main objective of the production is the maintenance of all types of locomotives, passenger and freight wagons, switches, etc. The production of the above mentioned products is to be carried out by the company's employees. As in the previous part, the creators made available a series of ready-made, demonstration scenarios, which allow you to enjoy the magnificent landscapes and return to the time of childhood and play with queues. However, nothing stands in the way of taking on the role of the creator and designing your own railway lines. The scenarios created in such a way can then be viewed from practically every side, using different shots from cameras, or even take the place of the driver and admire the whole action "from the inside".

The game supports fully variable weather conditions such as snow and rain, as well as the wind with user-selectable force. There is also a day-night cycle. All this in order to introduce as much realism as possible into the game. EEP 5.0 also offers tutorials for newcomers to the virtual world of rail and extensive editing options for "exiles". Practically from scratch we can create our own network of tracks, using such elements as switches, crossovers, turntables, splices, track triangles and many others. Of course, after creating the mock-ups we can also control trains moving on rails by changing switches, operating pantographs or even opening/closing doors at stations.

The machine park received the latest models of locomotives and wagons corresponding to the current rolling stock on the market, as well as updated regulations concerning railway signalling. From the cosmetic changes we should mention the new sound engine (surround sound, 5.1-7.1), thanks to which railway enthusiasts can feel like in a real station.
