We play as a super villain inspired by the antagonists from old spy movies like the James Bond series. We start as a novice evildoer with a small budget and great ambitions of becoming the world’s most infamous evil genius. The entire game is very humorous and has a distinctive cartoonish artstyle.
The most basic element of gameplay in Evil Genius Online for AND, WWW and iOS is extending and upgrading our underground base. We will build new rooms, recruit and train minions, and give them missions in order to help us take over the world. They can, for example, hack into bank servers, cause social anaxiety, and do many other evil deeds. Our subordinates, just like us, are not that moral, so we will have to rely on fear and violence in order to make them obedient. The last resort of achieving that is a demonstrational execution of one of the disobedient minions.
As we play, we will also have to conduct research into new dangerous technologies, and later use those inventions during missions and to upgrade our base. The game has an integrated community system that allow us to spy on other players and sabotage their enterprises. Doing so will grant us generous rewards.
Evil Genius Online for AND, WWW and iOS has eye-pleasing 3D visuals. Both character models and locations have a rather cartoonish artstyle that works perfectly with the game’s overall humorous atmosphere.
