Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers is the third major expansion to Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn - an MMORPG created and released by Square Enix. The add-on is another important chapter in the development of Final Fantasy XIV, which, three years after its unsuccessful release in 2010, was given a second chance when developers led by Naokie Yoshida rebuilt the game from scratch and then released it again under a different title (Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn). The launch of Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers is also connected with the debut of version 5.0 of the base game, which introduces numerous novelties, also for people who have not purchased the expansion.
The story of Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers continues the threads started in the previous two expansions for the game - Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward and Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood. Players get to know another chapter of the conflict with the Garlean Empire.
Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers introduces many novelties, to which we are traditionally accustomed by the expansions for the game. Players will find two vast locations, the Rak'Tik forest and the ruins of Amh Araeng. Patch introduces new classes of characters, dozens of new items, materials and weapons, as well as creatures. We also receive a total of nine new dugeins and further high-level raids. Players can also take advantage of a completely new playable race.
An interesting novelty is the system called Trust, which was taken directly from the eleventh installment of the series. It enables us to recruit to our team NPCs who appear in the game's stort campaign. Together with them we can complete the story missions at our own pace, without being forced to rely on other players. With the New Game+ option, for the first time we can also redo missions that have already been completed, without the need to create new characters,
