Goose Goose Duck

Goose Goose Duck is a free multiplayer game inspired by Among Us from Gaggle studio. Previously, the company created its own platform with integrated video chat for its games - mainly online escape room productions.

Game mechanics

The game is based on identical concept as the project by Innersloth studio. So we have a crew whose goal is to perform various tasks, in which they try to prevent traitors hiding among them. These can eliminate rivals and sabotage their actions, but must be careful that innocent players do not discover them and get rid of the impostors in the vote. This requires a meeting where the players discuss the events of the current session.

However, the splitting of players is not limited to these two teams, represented by the geese and the ducks, respectively. There are dozens of optional roles in Goose Goose Duck, including the "neutral" ones, i.e. those unrelated to either side. The hawk cannot vote, and his victory condition is to remain the last one alive on the "battlefield". The pigeon must infect all players before calling a meeting, and the goose detective can investigate on his own to identify the murderer.

Game modes

Goose Goose Duck offers several game modes, including the classic one known from the basic version of Among Us and its advanced version with optional roles. In Goosehunt, for example, one duck must quickly eliminate all the goose in the time limit, with additional seconds subtracted for each task performed by the crew.

The developers have also prepared maps that differ in rooms, their layout and available tasks, sabotages and environmental elements (such as cameras and teleporters). Of course, the game offers only multiplayer mode over the Internet or a local network.

Technical aspects and other

Goose Goose Duck features a cartoon-like 2D graphics. Everything is clear and does not hinder the gameplay.

The game offers a voice chat feature with a proximity option, so when enabled we can hear other players the louder the closer we are. In addition, it is possible to spend money on cosmetic items in micropayments.
