WiiU

The Swedish studio Ludosity specializes in casual games. Ittle Dew for PC, WiiU and etc. is their new project. It’s simple in form and has a large dose of humor.

Plot

The story of the game focuses on two protagonists. The brave female adventurer Dew and her faithful companion Tippsie crashes at the shores of an unknown island. Soon they discover that the island hides many secrets and treasures. The pair of heroes starts the greatest adventure of their life.

Mechanics

The designers of Ittle Dew for PC, WiiU and etc. wanted to simplify the formula of adventure game and supplement it with action game features. During the game characters controlled by the player explore locations, solve more and less complicated riddles and fight enemies. The gameplay is dynamic and there are no time limits for completing the objectives.

The developers created various locations among which one can find forests, insides of buildings and underground corridors. The difficulty of the game isn’t high, but some riddles require creativity (for example the necessity to combine two and more items from the inventory).

Technical aspects

Visuals of Ittle Dew for PC, WiiU and etc. have intensive colors and are two-dimensional. Most of the illustrations in the game were hand-made. A nice sound background makes the game more attractive.
