Julia: Innocent Eyes is an adaptation of popular comics by Giancarlo Berardi. Artematica studio, known from Belief & Betrayal and Martin Mystere, is responsible for the production.

We play the title detective who tries to solve the mystery of a series of murders in New York. Shortly after the investigation begins, it turns out that the whole case is connected with events from the time when our heroine was still a child and witnessed a brutal murder. Julia Kendall herself is a thirty-something year old criminologist. Giancarlo Berardi designed her as a strong and independent woman, distinctly different from the standard sex symbols. Her hobby is American cinema from the 1940s and her car is Morgan 4/4, 1967. Julia's investigative method combines a wealth of scientific knowledge with a specific sixth sense that allows her to feel like a criminal, so that she can often predict his next move.

Julia: Innocent Eyes is a classic adventure, so we spend most of our time talking, exploring locations and solving puzzles. The game is distinguished by its great non-linearity and realism of play. In addition, visual inspection of crime scenes resembles contemporary crime series and it is possible to recreate step by step the entire course of the event.

Graphics is a combination of 2D backgrounds and 3D characters that are rendered with lots of detail. The game is controlled by the classic point & click interface.
