Productions devoted to motorcycle riding have accustomed us to the fact that in most cases they force us to take part in races. Lanesplit, a project by independent studio FunkyMouse, developed by a solo developer, is based on a different, simpler concept.
In Lanesplit, we view events from a first-person perspective (FPP). During the gameplay, we speed a motorcycle on highways, maneuvering through evening traffic. Developing high speeds and avoiding cars present on the road, we earn points. The faster we speed and the closer to the cars we sneak past, the higher the multiplier of points the game awards us. When a collision occurs or when we slow down too much, our current score is lost.
Lanesplit puts at our disposal a number of motorcycles, which differ in appearance, performance and handling. The production allows you to modify them at will.
In Lanesplit , you can play alone or in multiplayer mode over the Internet. Our results are recorded on global rankings.
