Lost in Play

Lost in Play is a point-n-click adventure game. The project was developed by Israeli studio Happy Juice Games, for which this was the first indie game. The team previously helped develop The Office Quest.

Plot

The game tells the story of sibling children - a girl and a boy - who go on an adventure to the land of daydreams.

The plot in the game is told in an unusual way - we will not experience any dialogues. The whole story is presented in visual form, before the actions of the characters and the characters they encounter.

Game mechanics

Lost in Play is a classically realized adventure game. Thus, the game consists of exploring locations, collecting items and solving puzzles.

The game places great emphasis on puzzles. Some of them have a classic adventure form, requiring interaction with objects in the environment or using a found object in the right place. However, these challenges are also accompanied by dozens of challenges that are stand-alone logic mini-games, governed by their own rules, such as playing cards with goblins or building a flying machine.

In total, there are more than 30 puzzles of this type. They test our memory, cunning and creativity, and their presence provides the gameplay with great variety.

Game modes

The game offers only a single-player mode.

Technical aspects

Lost in Play strong point is the execution. The game features attractive two-dimensional graphics inspired by children's cartoons.
