Plot

Lucen takes us on a journey to a fantastic land. During the game, we play the role of a boy named Lucen. The village of the hero was surrounded by a mysterious darkness, which plunged its inhabitants into an eternal dream. Lucen decides to embark on a long and dangerous journey to try to find mythical deities and ask them to help wake up his loved ones.

Mechanics

In Lucen the action is shown from the third person perspective (TPP). The driving force behind the game are tasks that push the story forward and reveal more secrets of the presented world to us. The world is vast and consists of various areas - you will find there both idyllic locations like picturesque valleys and dense forests, and more gloomy places, with dark caves or swamps at the forefront.

The locations are full of enemies (smaller and larger monsters, as well as giants acting as bosses), which Lucen eliminates with a sword or a bow. The fights are dynamic, so you have to show reflexes and dexterity during them; if only to make timely dodges and quick counter-attacks. In addition, there is a character development system in the game - specialization points can be invested in close combat or "spend" on improving arcing skills.

Technical aspects

Lucen is based on Unreal Engine 4 technology. The colourful graphics of this game have been maintained in a cartoon-like style that can evoke associations with the bestseller The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
