The independent British development studio Ice Beam made its debut on the industry map with an arcade racing game. Make Way, as the title suggests, stands out from most other productions of this type due to its unusual approach to the issue of tracks on which we fight for victory.

Gameplay

The action in Make Way is observed a bird's eye view.

Constructing tracks

The game allows us to create our own tracks, where we compete for victory. We personally set the route, decide on the arrangement of turns, and also set various obstacles and other elements that make the ride more interesting, such as vertical loops, swings or... railway crossings.

Races

Once our track is ready we can get behind the wheel of one of the vehicles and line up at the start, and then take part in a crazy race. Victory is guaranteed not only thanks to the knowledge of the route and mastery of the arcade-based driving model, but also the use of power-ups, which allow us to attack enemies (for example, with the help of slime cannons and Tesla coils). We should be cautious, because we can also fall victim to attacks from our opponents.

Growing opportunities

After the race is over, we can expand the track and then proceed to further competition.
