Midnight Mysteries: Salem Witch Trials is the next installment of the Midnight Mysteries series of logic games by Mumbo Jumbo, which specializes in small logical and arcade productions. The studio's credits include titles from the series telling about the adventures of Samanta Swift.

In Midnight Mysteries: Salem Witch Trials we play the role of a writer creating a novel - horror movies. One day he is asked for help by the spirit of another creator, Nathan Hawthorne, who died in unexplained circumstances. So we set off to the town of Salem to solve the mystery.

The title belongs to the genre of logical games based mainly on hidden object principles. We have to look for different items on the next boards we visit. Apart from that, the creators also took care of adventure elements, including conducting talks with the residents of Salem or combining evidence. During our adventure we will also come across various puzzles, which further diversify the fun.

While visiting the town, we are always accompanied by the spirit of Hawthorne, who guides the player, commissions him with further tasks and sometimes prompts him. In total, the creators created 10 missions during which we discover the dark mystery of Salem and its inhabitants.

The graphic design is based on hand-painted backgrounds. All characters in the game have been created in a similar way, so that the production does not have too high hardware requirements.
