Mist Survival is a first-person survival game, the debut of the Dimension 32 Entertainment studio. While playing the game, the player gets to a zombie-controlled world and his task is to survive.

Plot

The action presented in Mist Survival takes place in postapocalyptic reality. Most of humanity has fallen ill with a mysterious virus that turns them into zombies. The player takes on the role of one of the survivors, who has to fight not only against mutants but also against limited resources.

Mechanics

Mist Survival is a classic representative of the survival games genre. The player's task is to satisfy the basic needs of the character he or she controls - shelter, hunger and thirst - while avoiding death at the hands of zombies, other survivors, wildlife, or wounds sustained during the exploration.

To avoid death, you need to get food. In order to do so, the player must hunt or cultivate the land. To help him, he can use independent characters who are not hostile to him.

The game offers an open world filled with various locations where you can find raw materials. The world can be navigated on foot or by vehicles. Additionally, a day and night cycle has been implemented, which has a significant impact on the gameplay - each activity takes a certain amount of time, and at night and when there is fog, zombies appear. This forces the player to constantly watch the time of day and weather conditions.

A system of craftsmanship has been implemented. The player can use the accumulated raw materials to create the tools necessary for survival. Great focus was also placed on constructing the base. The player can not only build himself a shelter, but also electrify it and place defensive structures around it.
