Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Videogame 6 Description
Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Videogame 6 is the sixth installment in a series of motorcycle racing games under the license of the Monster Energy AMA Supercross championship, which the Italian studio Milestone - specializing in creating such projects - launched in 2018.
Gameplay
With the license, Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Videogame 6 features the official tracks, teams, motorcycles and riders that took part in the real competition in the 2022 season.
As before, the main form of play here is the career mode, in which you start from scratch and travel the entire path to becoming a supercross world champion - from finding the first sponsor and qualifying to race 250 ccm motorcycles to competing at the highest level with 450 ccm machines. Along the way, among other things, we unlock new skills for our rider, fulfill the goals set for us by our coach or attend training sessions to keep in shape (falls can cause injuries, after which we have to undergo rehabilitation).
In Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Videogame 6, Milestone studio reached out to beginners. The main manifestation of this is the placement of seven-time supercross champion Jeremy McGrath in the game as a personal trainer, who shares his experience with us at the Supercross Academy - through lessons in which we learn the basics of competitive motorcycle riding, as well as special challenges. On top of that, there is a wider range of assists and other options than before, allowing you to tailor the gameplay to your own preferences.
The second major new feature is Supercross Park - a large open map where we can go wild and practice our skills. A number of supercross and motocross tracks have been distributed on it, as well as such locations as a mine and an airport. A previously unavailable attraction is also the Rhythm Attack mode, which involves fast-paced 1-on-1 duels. There are also various improvements in physics and artificial intelligence.
Game modes
Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Videogame 6 offers a total of eight gameplay modes (single-player and multiplayer). In addition to the aforementioned Career and Rhythm Attack, there are network and split-screen races. A track editor and player rankings are also included.
