A free-to-play strategy game about running our own farm. The tasks waiting for us in My Free Farm include cultivating the land, breeding animals, as well as manufacturing and selling various goods. We can also have fun and participate in competitions or events for farm workers.
A wide range of strategy games are dedicated to farm work. This group also includes My Free Farm, developed by the company Upjers. This project debuted as a browser game in 2009, but after 10 years it was released as a full-fledged video game, distributed in a free-to-play model with microtransactions.
In My Free Farm we watch the action from a bird's eye view.
During the game, we take control of a farm, and our task is to take care of its development. Although we start modestly, with just a small piece of land, over time we gain resources that we can allocate to the purchase of additional plots of land and the construction of various facilities on our farm (from a chicken coop and sheepfold, through an animal clinic, to a butterfly house).
In order to earn money, we need to take care of the crops and harvest them at the right time, and then sell them for a profit. We can also engage in animal husbandry (such as chickens, sheep or cows), forestry work (transforming our farm into a real sawmill), or even biofuel production. The game allows us to prepare meals and drinks in a special picnic area.
Although we spend most of our time here on our farm, we sell our crops in the towns (El Farmado and El Fiszado). The gameplay is also diversified by tasks waiting to be completed, competitions (like smashing vegetables with a hammer) and special events (like an alien invasion).
