A free logic-platforming game, created with online co-op in mind and inspired by movies made in stop-motion animation technique. In Myrmidon we play primarily as a puppet and explore locations full of challenges. We can also control the animator responsible for the elements of scenography and clear the way for the other protagonist.

Myrmidon is a cooperative platform-puzzle game, inspired by films made in stop-motion animation technique. The game was developed by the independent French team Studio Popote and represents their debut project. The releases of the game was handled by the Rubika school from Valenciennes in France, offering master's courses in fields related to video games, animation, and design. The game is available for free.

Story

Myrmidon tells the story of an animator and his new puppet, whose bond becomes stronger as they progress. While the puppet explores the sets of stop-motion animation workshops, the overseeing animator controls the elements of the surrounding scenery.
