Naruto: Ninja Council 2 is a continuation of the arcade game Naruto: Ninja Council, developed by TOMY in cooperation with Aspect. The title is based on the extremely popular manga by Masashi Kishimoto and was released on GBA.

Story

Naruto: Ninja Council 2 continues the story from the first installment, loosely referring to the original comic book series. We are following the fate of Team Seven, headed by the title character, from the start of the Chuunin exam to the invasion of the village of Konoha. Here and there, there are deviations from the original plot (for example, in the form of a mission in which we will face Orochimaru again).

Game mechanics

The second installment of the Ninja Council series will follow in the footsteps of its predecessor and, same as the previous title, is a side-scrolled fighting game. Our character moves in one direction, fighting enemies or collecting leaf symbols on the way. During the game we can switch between the characters, each of them has their own attacks and health bar. On the boards, we can also find ninja equipment, which can be used in combat.

Technical aspects

Naruto: Ninja Council 2 uses simple, two-dimensional visuals, with outstanding special effects when performing more powerful attacks.
