Nether: The Untold Chapter is a continuation of a multiplayer survival horror game set in a post-apocalyptic world. The Untold Chapter picks up the threads started in the first installment and offers the same convention. Nether is responsible for the game.
The action of Nether is set in Chicago, which is struggling with an invasion of mutant monsters called the Nether. According to the latest reports, the mutagen has evolved and new, even more, dangerous life forms are appearing in the city. Under these conditions, we play the role of a survivor who has to fight for survival.
Nether: The Untold Chapter is an open-world multiplayer game, in which we try to survive. The game also offers a single-player mode, but the devs focused on fun with other players. The game is played on a server that can accommodate up to 64 peoples at once. It's up to us to decide wether we explore the locations solo or join a clan created by others.
Our job in Nether: The Untold Chapter is first and foremost to survive, but in a place full of dangerous monsters, bloodshed is essential. Our character can use a variety of weapons, including firearms and melee weapons. All equipment (in the form of bullets, supplies, and parts) can be found in the area and collected from killed enemies. Those who die drop random items, blueprints, experience points and money.
The game offers the possibility of crafting various items, provided that we have the appropriate components. The things we have created can also be used as a source of income. We can sell them to other players or exchange them for other items we need.
Nether: The Untold Chapter offers a number of missions and special tasks for which we get money, reputation and additional experience points to improve our character's skills.
The game has a modern anti cheating system - Fredaikis Anti-Cheat (FAC).
