A relaxing game about decorating various post-Soviet apartments and garages. Panelka gives us a lot of tools & options, like choosing wallpapers, furniture, key equipment or posters to make it all feel more cosy. We can use the built-in photo mode to save the effects of our transformation.

Panelka is a relaxing game that allows us to arrange post-Soviet apartments and garages, the decor of which may also evoke associations with the era of the Polish People's Republic. The game was developed by the independent studio MonsterAttack, which has a portfolio of thematically and genre-wise diverse projects, such as Setteeh or Alaa-Mogus Must Die.

Gameplay

Panelka offers us apartments with various layouts - we can find both characteristic "Khrushchev" flats and apartment blocks commonly referred to as "large slabs". After choosing one of them, we have nothing left to do but arrange it according to our own liking.

We view the apartments in isometric view or from a first-person perspective (FPP). We customize them according to individual preferences, painting the walls in a chosen color or covering them with one of the wallpapers, as well as arranging furniture and other necessary equipment (such as refrigerators, ovens or washing machines). The finishing touches are decorations, led by carpets (which we can lay on the floors or hang on the walls) and posters inspired by popular movies, such as Ramdo, Stranger or Grozilla.

In the garage, on the other hand, we install lifts and various workshop stations (with a vise as a mandatory element of equipment for each of them), and in the end - we cram cars into them.

We can immortalize our works using the photo mode.
