Party Hard 2 is a sequel to the brutal action stealth game developed by PinoklGames. Party Hard 2 takes place ten years after the events of the first game and we control a new hero: a frustrated corporation employee who hopes to get a Christmas bonus from his employer. When it turns out that he will not receive it, he decides to take matters in his own hands and plans a bloody retaliation on his boss and co-workers.
Party Hard 2 for PC is a sequel to the stealth/tactical game that was released in 2015. It was developed by PinoklGames, creator of Party Hard, and published by tinyBuild Games.
The game takes place in Christmas time, ten years after the events of Party Hard. We play as a completely new psychopathic hero: a frustrated corporation employee who hopes he will get a Christmas bonus from his boss. Wen it turns out that he won’t, he plans to go postal with a bloody retaliation on his co-workers and employers. He decies to do it during the pre-holiday company event.
In terms of gameplay, Party Hard 2 for PC uses the same mechanics as the previous installment. Though the main goal of the game is to eliminate the event attendants, we cannot simply massacre them, because the game is over if one of our potential targets or police officers (who are just as lazy as they were in the first game) catches us red-handed. To achieve our goal we will have to have a more tactical approach and stealthy eliminate our targets. We can use many weapons, traps, and other gadgets to do so. The game is not just a 1:1 copy of Party Hard. The fact that it is now in 3D opens up new possibilities for our protagonist.
One of the biggest novelties introduced by Party Hard 2 for PC are the game’s brand new visuals. Although it still has its oldschool, pixilated style, the game uses a new 3D engine. As we play, we watch 2D characters moving around the 3D environment. Party Hard 2 has realistic physics and real-time generated shadows.

Party Hard 2, is an excellent game. There is a large variety of ways to kill people while still providing a challenge by forcing players to do it quietly… or at least as close to quietly as you can get when throwing a grenade. Its only real downfall would be the boss fights which don't quite work with how the game normally plays, with the final boss, in particular, being seemingly bugged towards the end of the fight.

Party Hard 2 is a grower, not a shower. You have to ease into it and appreciate your surroundings to produce some truly inspired executions. If skulking and lurking is your jam, then Party Hard 2 is the game for any budding clandestine manslayer.

Party Hard 2 riffs off the Hitman formula, mixing it with a pixel art style and humorous flourishes wherever you look. It can be frustrating when you're caught and sent back to the start of a level, but so long as you don't find the premise too extreme, there's enough here to scratch your stealth action itch.
