Shady Knight PC

Shady Knight is a first-person fantasy action game, in which we play the role of a knight fighting enemies with the use of various weapons. The game combines ideas known from such titles as Dark Messiah of Might and Magic or Ghostrunner. It was developed and published by independent developer Alexey 'cptnsight'.

Mechanics

In Shady Knight we observe the game world from the first person perspective. Gameplay is about exploring locations and fighting with encountered enemies. The hero we control is characterized by very high agility and speed - we perform various acrobatics, bounce off walls and objects to avoid attacks and strike enemies by surprise.

While playing we can use various weapons, such as swords or bows. We also have the ability to kick enemies and hit them with found objects (such as barrels or our own weapons). We receive points for all defeated enemies and the more spectacular the action is, the more points we receive.

Game modes

In Shady Knight we can only play alone. The core of the gameplay is the single player mode, in which we explore several towers of different heights.

Technical aspects

Shady Knight has a 3D graphics. The graphic design is simplified, but it looks quite good. This is mainly due to the characteristic style, which may bring to mind an animated film or comic book, as well as interesting, spectacular animations of attacks and death of enemies.
