In comparison to the classics of the genre Skater game is distinguished by the fact that during the game we do not see a player, but only his shoes and board. This allowed the authors to develop a unique control adapted to the specificity of touchscreens.

Unlike the classic Tony Hawk's Pro Skater and SKATE series, in Skater we don't see the character controlled by the player, but only their shoes and the board. This allowed the developers to adjust the controls to touchscreens - by moving our thumbs on the screen, we not only choose the direction of travel, but also perform various tricks. The key to success is to combine individual evolutions into long combos with a smooth transition from one trick to another.
The competition takes place in the United States, in places worshipped by skaters, including El Toro, Carlsbad Gap, Hollywood Hight, Camp Woodward and The Berrics in Los Angeles. For the purposes of the game, cooperation was established with various manufacturers of shoes and boards, such as DC Shoes, DGK or Revive.
Skater features decent three-dimensional graphics. It is worth mentioning that the production enables us to save our runs and share them with the community, as well as watch films made by other players.
