Sports Party is a set of six mini-games focusing on beach and fresh air sports. The production was prepared with cooperation in mind and is a peculiar continuation of the game with the same title, published on the Wii console in 2008. The French company Ubisoft (known from the Just Dance series or Assassin's Creed) is responsible for its development.

Mechanics

Sports Party's gameplay has been designed so that everyone can quickly and easily understand the rules, learn the controls and join the game. Each of the six available disciplines is quite arcade. You can choose from: Frisbee, Jet Ski, basketball, golf, skateboarding and beach tennis. The games are held on several different maps - we visit beaches, marinas and mountain slopes.

Game modes

Sports Party can be played both solo and in the company of others, but the game was prepared primarily with the latter option in mind - within a local multiplayer mode. Ubisoft's production includes several different game modes, including the Championship Mode, where players face randomly selected disciplines.

Technical aspects

Sports Party boasts attractive, three-dimensional graphics. The game is exactly about realism, instead presenting a well-designed setting in a style that evokes associations with animated films and perfectly matches the atmosphere of the title. The production supports motion control functions of the Nintendo Switch console (however, you can also play using the traditional controls model, based on gamepad buttons and analog knobs).
