The player takes on the role of the titular character (appeared already in The Binding of Isaac) and the action takes place in cardboard boxes. The protagonist fights enemies and takes their money away. The game was presented using a grotesque graphic style and the experience is complemented by a portion of unusual black humor.

The protagonist travels through a dangerous land in search of the perfect decoration, which he intends to pass on to his only friend, the ground whale Sally. Along the way, the heros has to face countless adversaries. The fact that locations are randomly generated and after death you have to start the journey anew does not make things any easier.

A twin-stick shooter, in which players assume the role of spaceship pilots. The gameplay is presented from the top-down perspective. The core of the gameplay lies in destroying encountered foes. However, to spice things up, the game features permadeath, and the visited locations are procedurally generated, thus, the players face different obstacles every time they play.
