Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris is an RPG with its action set in the universe known from the popular anime titledSword Art Online. The game is an adaptation of one of the parts of the animated series and is the next installment in the series developed ever since 2014. The game was created and published by the Japanese company Bandai Namco Entertainment.
Players assume the role of the main character in novels, anime, and games - Kirito. Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris depicts a story known from the Alicization storyline, which takes place in the virtual Underworld. During the game, players get to meet many familiar characters, such as Alice, Eugeo, and the Administrator.
Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris is a three-dimensional RPG in which players observe the action from the third-person perspective. The gameplay here is based mainly on exploring the vast world, performing tasks, and fighting. It is worth noting that during their travels, players are accompanied by AI-controlled aids.
The arcade battles take place in real time, thus they are quite spectacular and dynamic.
In Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris one can play alone or with others. The basis of the game is a story campaign, nonetheless, the game also offers a multiplayer mode.
