A Polish arcade racing game, inspired by titles such as Carmageddon and Death Rally. In Turbo Bullets we drive various armed cars, participating in vehicular combat on closed circuits. We can engage in a story-driven career mode or play quick races - either solo or with the second player on a split-screen.

Turbo Bullets is a work of the independent Polish studio Carrramba Entertainment, under the direction of Jakub Kruszewski. Among the sources of inspiration for this racing game, the creators point to titles such as Carmageddon or Death Rally.

Gameplay

Turbo Bullets is characterized by an arcade-based driving model.The competitions are held on closed tracks using armored vehicles with weapons. Their drivers throw bombs, rockets, scrap and other projectiles at each other. Victory is determined not only by the position at the finish line, but also by the ability to avoid hits while accurately attacking opponents.

Machines are divided into three classes - weight categories (from fairly light sports cars to multi-ton trucks). Arsenal can be both defensive and offensive. We use defensive gadgets not only to fend off opponents, but also to confuse the turrets mounted around the tracks, targeting random race participants. Apart from shooting at enemies, we can try to push them off a cliff or send them towards exploding barrels.

Considering the number of possibilities, the creators describe the gameplay as tactical. It is further deepened by earning money and the need to invest it in repairing and upgrading our vehicle or using options such as sabotaging rivals.

Campaign and split-screen

The basis of the game is a story-driven career mode, in which we unravel a criminal reality show as a skilled driver forced to cooperate by the police. We can also play quick races - alone or with a second player on a split screen.
