A classic role-playing game based on an Indian epic about wars between deities. The presented world is shown in full three-dimensional and the controlled character, like in the famous "Gothic", is observed from the perspective of the third person.

The popular role-playing systems in the case of "Vaishvanara" have been replaced by a real Indian caste system, the player can choose from three basic character classes. Brahman is closest to a priest, and his main assets are his knowledge and power of mind, thanks to which he mastered magic and casting spells to perfection. Kshatriya resembles a classic warrior. He is the only one who is familiar with arms and white weapons, and regularly develops new martial arts. Vaishya, on the other hand, is a merchant and a member of a guild, thanks to which he mastered the art of negotiation for the championship. Where others go for strength, he tries to alleviate the problem in a diplomatic way. The main difference in the choice of this class of characters is above all the greater number of dialog options that appear during conversations with independent characters, as well as items that can be purchased from local traders. The controlled character is described by four basic factors - strength, dexterity, intelligence and endurance, as well as many side factors, including, for example, karma (reputation). The latter is influenced by the behaviour of the main character, depending on his choices he may be adored or hated by the local community. As in classic role-playing games, as a reward for completing quests and defeating enemies, you gain experience that allows you to advance to higher levels of experience and develop selected coefficients. A controlled character can also learn new skills, some of which are available to all characters, but there are also some which are reserved for a specific class (e.g. meditation for Brahman or bargaining for Vaishya). The game was also full of spells. They were divided into two basic groups. Spells from the Mantra group are generally available, while spells from the Prana group are the complete opposite. Only the hero who chose the Brahman class can learn them. Mantra spells can be cast a certain number of times, but do not require the development of any coefficients, while the ability to cast spells from the Prana group depends on the concentration factor. It is worth mentioning that during the game you can compose your own team, which includes not only the main character, but also people you have met during the game.

Vaishvanar's world consists of numerous dungeons that bring to mind the classic role-playing games, as well as extensive areas on the surface. "Vaishvanara" runs on a graphic engine created exclusively for this production.
