Wii U is the 8th generation console from Nintendo and a successor to Wii. It was released almost all around the world in November 2012. Wii U had many new features (with GamePad controller on the top of the list) and significantly better performance, but it didnít manage to repeat the big success of its predecessor; actually, it wasnít even close. Thatís why less than 3 years after the release of Wii U the world began to spread rumors about the consoleís successor, initially codenamed NX.

The story is set in a colorful fantasy world, where the player gets to lead a team of three characters: a wizard, a knight and a thief. Using a mysterious device called Trine, they must save the kingdom from the undead. The gameplay mechanics were inspired by classic platformers.

We create two-dimensional platform stages using well-known elements from 8-bit Super Mario Bros. or its HD successor, Super Mario Bros U. We choose both environmental parts (pipes, brick etc.) and enemies. All of it is very simple and requires only the touchpad to operate.

This is the debut from the independent developer Squad. The game is an unusual simulator requiring the player to develop their own space program from scratch. Kerbal Space Program combines features of many genres, but the most important part here is an extensive ship editor, which allows the player to design and build their own, unique spacecraft. The ship is then supposed to fly and land safely on a moon of the Kerbin planet.

Nicalis studio, a bit more experienced team, has been involved in refreshing of the title, in cooperation with original developers. When it comes to mechanics, the gameplay hasnít changed much, offering randomly-generated levels, traversed by the titular Isaac, who solves simple puzzles and eliminates monsters or much more powerful bosses.

Another installment in a series of racing games based on Pixar animated movies. The game was developed by Avalanche Software, creators of titles like Pure and Split/Second: Velocity. The title enables the player to control more than twenty customizable vehicles-characters (animated cars are the main protagonists of Cars). Among them there are Lightning McQueen and Cruz Ramirez, who prepares for an encounter with his rival Jackson Storm. The action takes place on twenty unique tracks.

The gameís protagonist is Aiden Pearce, a talented hacker able to hack almost every electronic device and use it to provoke a specific reaction or influence other peopleís behavior.

The remake resembles the original game when it comes to dynamic police chases and the so-called Blacklist, where the player challenges other most wanted drivers for races and climbs up their ranks.

Thirty years earlier the forces of evil were stopped by the grand alchemist who created a magic barrier impenetrable for the monsters.
