Mark Hadley and the development team of Blue Isle Studios remained faithful to the urban legend of the faceless man. The player-created protagonist is looking for his wife, who disappeared from their home in unexplained circumstances. Words written on the walls suggest that the woman may be in serious danger.

The player become a member of an elite unit, conducting the most dangerous tasks in different regions of the world.
