Jump inside the building through a hole in the roof.

Get in the Crosslink Mode and connect the light switch with the activation panel of the closed door (1), press the light switch and then do the same with the next door (2) and open them as well. Get in the elevator, go on the first floor and activate the green Circuit Box (3).

Then connect the green light switch located right next to the elevator with the activation panel of the only closed door on that floor. Now you have to activate the yellow Circuit Box, but first you will need to get rid of the Normal Guard. Use the elevator and get on the next floor in order to distract him. When he turns towards you, ride back down with the elevator and use the staircase located on the left side of the room. Now you will be behind him, so take him out and activate the Circuit Box.

Jump on the wall on the right and climb up to the camera from which you have to take the tape (1). Then connect the yellow light switch with the activation panel of the yellow door located on the floor above (2). Press the light switch and use the elevator in order to get there, then go inside the room that you've just opened and take the laptop (3). After that use the elevator or jump through the window to get outside and head to the exit.
