In the early stages of the game, it is very important to earn a lot and then save your money, especially since renovation jobs or house sales won't initially give you a lot of cash. On our House Flipper 2 guide page, we show you how to save and earn money.

Purchasing the right upgrades
The best first choice towards saving and earning money will be to unlock individual upgrades, such as:
- Nothing goes to waste - collecting trash will become much more financially profitable.
- Paint saver and Pigment economy - thanks to them, you will save on buying wall paint, since more of it will remain on the roller.
- Construction manager - the cost of building walls will be reduced twofold.
- Selling houses perks - it's not just about saving money, but thanks to all the improvements from this skill tree, you will receive much more money, which will have a positive impact on your budget.

Performing assemblies
After completing the first few orders, you will be given the opportunity to assemble a specific item. For example, assemble a clock. You will have 3 goals to complete, which are usually:
- finishing an objective within a specified time,
- doing a full assembly,
- doing QTEs well enough or perfectly.
After the assembly is completed, you will receive a discount on purchasing this type of items. Thanks to this, decorating houses will become much cheaper, which will positively affect their later sale with even greater profit.
Selling unnecessary things
During each assignment, you will often have to get rid of something. By selling objects, you will receive a lot of cash, even for almost completely destroyed items. Then it's worth equipping the Flipper tool and making a quick sale.
The same goes for paint buckets or unused wallpaper or tiles. Sometimes, they will be already in the homes you renovate. If, for example, you have finished painting the wall and there is still a lot of paint left in the bucket, sell it to save money.
This will also be similar for your first main house. Initially, it is in a deplorable condition, as most things are not fit for use. Sell them at a profit and clean up the apartment. Then use these funds to buy a bigger house. There will be more work to do there, however, the profit will also be much better with a potential future sale.
Buying the cheapest things
Unless the client has specified which model to purchase, you can purchase their cheaper equivalents so as not to overpay. Usually, the list of items is located in the tasks tab.
