Golden brick #1

After getting inside, switch your character to Barry and shoot the shield shown on the picture with an EMP. You will receive the first golden brick.

Golden brick #2

As raptor, walk to the smell shown on the picture and follow it. At the end, dig up the first brick from the ground. Take that brick to the INGEN logo in front of the facility.

You will find the second letter in the place shown on the picture. Shoot the shield with any character that has a gun and take the letter back.

Third letter is hidden in the building. Walk to the container as Owen and use the wrench to get inside. For collecting all three letters you will receive the golden brick.

Golden brick #3

As raptor, walk to the lever shown on the picture and pull it to receive the golden brick.

Golden brick #4

Enter the building and, as Malcolm, walk to the riddle on the wall. After solving it the door to safe will open and inside you will find the golden brick.
