LEGO Marvels Avengers: How to get to Washington's underground?

Washington's monument

In order to obtain all the collectibles in Washington you must get to the underground that is below the monument. The door will be locked until you solve a riddle. First hang all the United States flags shown on the picture. In order to do it you must shoot or perform a melee attack.

After hanging all 25 flags you must walk to the house shown on the picture. Inside you will find a container. After destroying the container you can use the bricks scattered on the ground to create a computer. Activate the computer as Ultron twice. Once when SHIELD logo is displayed and once when Hydra logo is shown. After doing it the door near the Washington's statue will open and you will gain access to the underground.
